NYC Youth: How Would YOU Spend $100K?

The NYC Civic Engagement Commission is asking all NYC youth between the ages of 9–24 to participate in, "It's Our Money," the City's first-ever youth-led participatory budgeting process! Between now and February 26, young New Yorkers have the chance to vote on how to spend $100,000 on community projects that address their needs. Applying for NYC’s Specialized High Schools?

The clock is ticking! Students interested in applying for fall 2021 admission to any of New York City's eight testing Specialized High Schools have until Friday, January 15 to register for this year's Specialized High Schools Admissions Test (SHSAT), while students applying to Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts need to register for auditions by Tuesday, February 23.
