The clock is ticking.

From now through Friday, February 5, 2021, NYC public school students, teachers, and families can take the NYC Department of Education’s Fall 2020 School Experience Survey.

Open to parents/guardians of students in grades 3K–12, students in grades 6–12, and teachers of grades 3K–12, the online survey provides City public schools with valuable feedback that can be used to improve both remote and in-person learning experiences for students this spring.

The survey is available in ten languages, including English, Spanish, Arabic, and Chinese, and is completely anonymous and confidential. To access your survey, click through our survey links for “Students,” “Families,” or “Teachers”—whichever is most applicable to you—followed by the appropriate link for your school’s borough.

Unable to complete the survey online? Call 311—an operator will connect you with someone who can help you complete the survey by phone.

For more information about the Fall 2020 School Experience Survey, including answers to frequently asked questions, visit our official Survey webpage.

Remember; NYC students, families, and teachers have through Friday, February 5, 2021, to stop by our Fall 2020 School Experience Survey page and submit their surveys, so please help support NYC public school students by submitting your feedback TODAY!
