From October 21–25, 2019, nearly 500 NYC high schools are celebrating College Application Week, New York State’s annual campaign to support students seeking admission to college.
To better accommodate families' needs during the 2019 holiday season, New York City public schools will now be closed for Winter Recess beginning on Monday, December 23, 2019. Schools will reopen on Thursday, January 2, 2020.
