The results are in!
The New York State Education Department (NYSED) has released last spring’s results from the State’s 2022 English Language Arts (ELA) and Mathematics Exams for students in grades 3–8.
If your child took these exams in spring 2022, you can now log into your NYC Schools Account (NYCSA) and view their results. Once logged in, you’ll be able to see your child’s test scores in the “My Student” area in your account.
Don’t have a NYCSA? Check out our official “NYC Schools Account” webpage to learn how you can create a basic account. Once you’ve created your new account and logged in, you will then have to add your student(s) to your account with a unique “creation code” provided by your child’s school in order to see their information, including State exam results. If you do not have a creation code, you will have to register your child in-person at their school at the start of the school year or via teleconference.
On behalf of the NYC Department of Education, we wish you and your family a wonderful remainder of summer.

Talk to your child about their 2022 State exam results—and if you have further questions, considering discussing these results with your child’s new teacher during the first round of Parent-Teacher Conferences coming up in September 2022!
