Kindergarten Admissions

All families with children born in 2015 who currently reside in New York City can apply now to kindergarten for the 2020–2021 school year. This year’s deadline to submit applications is Tuesday, January 21.

Families can explore their options and apply for kindergarten on MySchools or in person at a Family Welcome Center. To learn more, check out The Morning Bell’s “Ready for Kindergarten” post.

New York State Regents Exams

Need to take a State Regents exam this January? High school students should speak with their assigned school counselors to learn whether they should take any of New York State’s scheduled Regents exams in January 2020.

That’s all for this month. We hope you all have a great January!
