Located in all five boroughs, Family Welcome Centers help New York City’s families with their public school admissions and enrollment needs.

So whether you just moved to the City, are seeking new school options, or are applying for a transfer, Family Welcome Centers have staff members who are ready to assist you and your family.

Family Welcome Centers are open on weekdays from Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., and on Fridays from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. For more information, including office locations, visit the DOE’s Family Welcome Center webpage, or call us at (718) 935-2009.
