As the NYC Department of Education prepares to implement ESSA across City public schools, we invite City parents and DOE staff members to attend one of our remaining ESSA Awareness Briefings to learn:

  • What ESSA is;
  • Major areas of change under ESSA, including performance, accountability, testing, instruction, and funding; and
  • Next steps towards full ESSA implementation.
