It’s time for us to make our voices heard.

This year, New York State’s Primary Elections are taking place on Thursday, September 13.

Voting is central to our democracy, and it is an essential way for you and your fellow citizens to participate in and directly shape the future of our City, state and country.

If you are registered to vote and are affiliated with a political party, we encourage you to make a plan to vote on Thursday, September 13. Polling locations will be open across the City from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Visit or call 311 for information regarding your voter registration status and designated voting location.

To learn more about this year’s candidates, check out the NYC Campaign Finance Board’s 2018 State Primary Voter Guide.

And remember: if you are not currently registered to vote, you can still register in time for the general election on Tuesday, November 6. Visit the NYC Votes website or call 311 today!
